Five pizzas that taste great and are part of a healthy diet.

Eat in, take it out or have it delivered—it doesn't matter. Pizza pleases everyone. Pizza Hut knows this better than anyone; they're the world's largest pizza company and have found a way to please every palate on the planet. The problem is that they've also found a way to please our fat cells. But eating pizza doesn't have to destroy your best-laid diet plans. In fact, pizza should be a regular part of a healthy diet because it dishes out a bounty of nutrients: B vitamins from enriched flour dough, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants from tomato sauce and vegetable toppings, and high-quality protein from lean meat and cheese toppings. The trick is knowing what to choose to make your pizza order a healthy one. We found some excellent choices on the Pizza Hut menu—wholesome meals that boast flavor, color and nutrients, not calories and fat grams.

  • Quartered Ham and Pineapple 12" Medium Thin 'N Crispy
    Ham is a great way to add protein to pizza without adding much fat. Plus, the salty meat is an excellent substitute for pepperoni. This pizza is slightly higher in sodium than other choices, so modify your salt intake the rest of the day. Enjoy this over the Super Supreme 12" Medium Hand-Tossed Style Pizza and avoid 90 calories and 7 grams of fat per slice.
